Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and 13109267 Canada Inc. ("Insurrect Rebellion", "we", "us") for your use of Fit by Insurrect Rebellion ("the app"). By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy and health disclaimer.
1. Who can use the app
You must be at least 18 and live in the United States or Canada. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity on your account.
2. What the app is, and what it isn't
The app provides general fitness and nutrition guidance, record-keeping and planning through an AI coach. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace a doctor, registered dietitian, physiotherapist or other licensed professional. Nutrition figures and calorie estimates are approximate. Replies are generated by AI and can be wrong. You decide what to do with the guidance, and you should stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell. In an emergency, call 911.
3. Subscriptions, trials and billing
- Coaching requires a subscription, sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store processes your payment under its own terms.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- The annual plan may include a free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged.
- Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- We'll give you notice of any price change before it applies to your next renewal, as the stores require.
- If your subscription ends, you keep read-only access to your records and can still export or delete your data.
4. Fair use
The subscription includes up to 100 coach messages and 10 meal photos per day, reset at midnight in your time zone. We may change these limits with notice. Don't use automated means to send messages, try to get around the limits, or use the app to build a competing service.
5. Your content
You own what you send us, including messages and photos. You give us permission to store, process and display it, including through our service providers such as Google's Vertex AI, only to provide and improve the app as described in the privacy policy. Don't upload content that is illegal, belongs to someone else without permission, or contains other people's personal information.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to access other users' data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it except as the law allows, or use it to harm yourself or others.
7. Our content
The app, its design and its software belong to us and our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app while your account is active and you follow these terms.
8. Changes and availability
We may update the app and these terms. If a change to the terms is material, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. We work to keep the app available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.
10. Disclaimers and liability

11. Governing law and disputes

12. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded the app from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance; Apple is not responsible for claims about the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
