Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from. On iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, then your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. You can also open these from Settings, Subscription, in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Sign in with the same account, then go to Settings, Subscription, Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.
How do I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play's order history.
The coach logged something wrong. How do I fix it?
Tell the coach ("actually it was 150 g") or tap the item on Today to edit or delete it. Totals update straight away.
Why does it say "Not logged" instead of zero?
Because we don't know. If you haven't logged a meal, we won't pretend you ate nothing.
How do I connect my steps?
Tap the Steps card on Today, or go to Settings, Health, and allow access to steps in Apple Health or Health Connect. You can disconnect at any time.
How do I change or turn off reminders?
Settings, Notifications. Choose categories and quiet hours, pause for a while, or turn them all off.
What does the coach remember about me, and can I change it?
Settings, What my coach remembers. Edit or delete anything there.
How do I export my data?
Settings, Privacy, Export data. You'll get a file you can save or share.
How do I delete my account?
See Delete your account.
Is this medical advice?
No. See our health disclaimer. In an emergency, call 911.
