Delete your account
In the app
- Open Fit by Insurrect Rebellion and tap your profile picture on Today to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account. You can tap Export my data first if you want a copy.
- Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first.
Deletion starts immediately.
Without the app
Email privacy@insurrectrebellion.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address you use to sign in. If you used Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, tell us that and we'll confirm your identity another way. We complete email requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in.
- Your profile, goals, coach memory, chat history, meal photos, and all meal, workout, recovery and measurement records.
- Your plans, notification settings, device tokens and scheduled reminders.
- Your subscription record at our subscription provider.
What is kept, and for how long
- Database backups are kept for 7 days, so your data leaves our backups within a week.
- Security logs that contain no message content are kept for up to 1 year.
- Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first, as described on our support page.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can delete individual meals and workouts from their detail screens, and coach memories under Settings, What my coach remembers.
